SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Courier deliveries are done Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

  • Shipping services/rates can be selected on checkout and are based on the service available to the area code of your delivery address.

  • Orders are delivered to main cities within 1-4 days, while orders from outlying areas are delivered within 3-5 days

  • Shipping confirmation emails with a tracking link will be sent to the email provided upon checkout

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren't completely happy, we aren't. You can return the product to us and we will either exchange the product, or process a refund. All refunds or exchanges are subject to the below terms and conditions.

Exchange & Refund Policy

You can exchange products you have purchased from Retrofit Accessories, provided they are undamaged, unused and has all its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. A return and re-delivery fee will be billed to you and full payment needs to be made before dispatching your exchanged goods. The exchanged item will only be dispatched upon receipt of the returned goods, full payment of the courier fees and excess, should you choose a more expensive product than originally purchased. Please email hello@retro.life.co.za with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product Details of the product you want instead

  • Product details of purchased products for return (This includes the size, color, material and clasp type, for example : 38/40/41mm - Black - Silicone - Apple watch Strap OR 20mm - Black - Silicone - Quick Release Watch Strap OR 26mm - Black - Silicone - Quick Fit Watch Strap)

I got the wrong product, what now?

Accidents happen, but we know it's frustrating when they do. If we accidentally delivered the wrong product/s to you, please email us  at hello@retrolife.co.za to explain to us what we did wrong. Next we will arrange collection of the product/s from you, at our expense of course. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will courier the correct product to you (provided it is in stock.) Alternatively, we can process a full refund back to your account.

Defective products & warranties

We pride ourselves in providing you with quality products , we wouldn't provide you with a product we wouldn't use ourselves. If you have received a defective product, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. This warranty is applicable within 1 month after delivery of the product. So, what's not regarded as a defect?

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear

  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product

  • damage arising from air corrosion

  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product

  • damage arising from alterations to the product

  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you based on personal preference - see the exchange and refund policy for this.

To process a warranty return, send us an email to hello@retrolife.co.za .We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will ship a replacement to you , provided that the product is available, or a refund will  processed.
